    Please avoid. We had booked a minivan, and they sent us a prius instead, which was much cheaper to book in the first place. Customer service was not helpful and kept arguing that a prius is indeed a minivan which is ridiculous. It could not fit the 4 suitcases in the back, as advertised and we had to travel with luggage in rhe cabin. We were travelling for 24 hours with a child and completely exhausted. It is an easy target for such scams, they send a smaller car and we can wither wait hours for a replacement or get home in whatever cramped conditions available. Driver was not helpful once heard our argument with the customer service. Basically dumped our luggage and said "I'm done, I gotta go" . Overall a terrible service, please avoid .

    Do not use this firm this is the second time they have let me down for a journey to Heathrow- tried ringing the 24 hour phone many times and no one answered. Very very stressful had to cram everyone into an uber in the end 45 mins later.

    Awful service. Ordered a 7 seater taxi (to go to a wedding out of London) and they cancelled an hour before we were due to leave (which technically they are allowed to do under their T&Cs). Wouldn’t help to find us a replacement or any other option and completely unhelpful and unapologetic. Avoid!

    Used numerous times, always on time, cars always clean and drivers always helpful. Will continue to use them Updated May 2019 Standards dropped, last few experiences have been poorer. Today landed on time and had to ring the office after not hearing from the driver who was fifteen minutes late. Cancelled and picked up a cab outside terminal for the same price.

    Attractive prices but really bad service. To be avoided!!!! I've used this company a number of times and though I gave them the benefits of the doubt on a number of occasions I will never use them again. Issues including a driver telling us he has arrived at the airport whilst he clearly wasn't. He stated that he got the number of the terminal wrong whilst it was clearly stated on the booking but also he confirmed the right terminal to us as we landed. Last time a driver called us to tell he would pick us up an hour before scheduled pick-up time as there was major accident on the road. We checked on Waze, Google Maps and other websites and it indicated nothing at all but we thought we wouldn't take the risk but we clearly had to rush to get ready on time with the children. As expected traffic was very smooth but it turned out that the driver had in fact someone else to pick up at the airport hence why he wanted to be there earlie rbut obivosuly we had to spend 3 hours and 30 minutes at the airport without the opportunity to check-in luggage as it was way too early. Last but not least the last issue we had was Totally Driven getting a pick up wrong at the airport on the booking confirmation which we cancelled straight away on the basis we got told we would be refunded minus a service fee (though we called a minute after receiving the confirmation to amend and they would still charge £8 for that). It took more than a month and 8 phone calls to eventually got the refund. Whilst we were initially told that the refund was initiated but then there were some technical delays, it turned out to be a lie as we then got told they were questioning that we were due a refund at all despite a manager clearly telling us so when we decided to cancel. We are really understanding people but here there has been a big serie of wrongdoings and we we would never be using Totally Driven again.I was almost forgetting but their rating reviews on their website is totally flawed! We obviously put a bad review in line with our several bad experiences but it never made it to their review page and they are showing this incredible 98% satisfaction rate which is another big lie!

    I booked for a hotel to airport taxi service via their online booking system. It was quick and easy, AND I got to use a discount code which makes their fare unbeatable. The driver was 5 minutes early, assisted with our luggages and friendly throughout our ride to London Heathrow. I would definitely use them again when I am in London next!

    Be prepared to be ripped off when you use their discount codes. I booked a journey to Heathrow Airport yesterday, with a discount code. They phoned me after my booking to confirm the journey yesterday and everything seemed OK. My trip was supposed to be at 8am this morning, they phoned me at 7.15 am only to inform me about a mechanical problem in my driver's car and they offered me another service for the same trip for £10 more. This happened to me once more with another minicab company. I guess this is what they do. They think that you'd be desperate enough not to miss your flight and accept their higher offer. I did not. I arranged a journey with another company. When I told the guy who was talking to me that I believed this was their regular practice to rip off their passengers, he could not deny it. When I asked him to be honest about the issue and how he would feel in a situation like this, he again could not say anything. I understood that this was the company's policy and the customer service guy could not do anything about it. So, when you come across with a broken car issue just one hour before your booked trip, understand that they are trying to rip you off, or they've already found another passenger who pays more and they want to cancel your booking. Either way, this is not a good practice, this is a disgrace. If you ever come across with such an issue, do not accept their new offers. Just call other minicab companies, the price that you'll pay will be the same with their new offers anyway. Shame.

    After performing thorough search and comparisons, we decided to contract their services to and from central London from Heathrow. Glad we did. They were early to meet us at terminal 5, and punctual to pick us up at our hotel. Their rates are reasonable and competitive. The drivers were pleasant and accommodating with clean vehicles. They also provide a tech savvy tracking system for your phone to track the progress of your driver arriving at your pickup point. I will use them again without hesitation when returning to London and have already recommended them to two of our friends.
