I purchased two styles from Totally Buttons - the ivory duchess satin and the red chinese knot - across two orders as I underestimated how many of the duchess satin I would need. Both orders, were process and shipped out indescribably quickly, even with just Standard Shipping, with the second order near enough next day. The buttons were neatly packaged, and the buttons themselves at great quality and at a very reasonable price. I even ended up finishing the dresses early because they arrived much quicker than expected. I would gladly purchase from Totally Buttons again for future projects.

I found Totally Buttons on a search for an independent UK based button stockist and when placing my initial, very small order (under £5) I missed a type of button I wanted to buy and sent an email to Julie, the owner, asking to please add a couple more buttons to my order. She has added them and sent out the order which I received the next day and arranged for me to pay for the additional buttons the following Monday - I had expected to have to do a whole new order and pay for separate P&P (which would have cost me more than the buttons). I'm really pleased with the buttons as well as the impeccable customer service and speed of delivery - they must have been sent out almost immediately. Thank you Julie & presumably your team as well, I will be buying from yourself again when I have the need and I will also be recommending Totally Buttons whenever I get the chance.
