Don't use - ok if no issues but if there is an issue be prepared for months of problems, cowboys sent out who don't know what they are doing. Groundworkers and brickworkers were great, fitters of conservatory were too - very clean, tidy and polite. When we started to have a leak on the roof that's where the issues started. Cowboys were sent out who just wanted to mastic things and be on their mobile phones sorting out there social lives. We had over 8 return visits to try and sort the problem and were told it was a manufacturing issues. The manufacturers came out and said straight away it had been fitted incorrectly. Once that was corrected we so far have had no issues. Should not have taken nearly a year. Management don't care, just said let us know if you want any more work done and we will look after you! Also had a new front door fitted at the same time, which leaked and was fixed. It's a shame as people have asked where had done but I will not recommend Totalglaze as Management dont seem to care we have had 8 months or so of disruption and a leaking roof! Edit - nearly two years later and many many more visits to look at the conservatory roof it is still leaking and we have had to have two independent surveys carried out and have been told it is not fit for purpose!
