If I could give zero stars I would, in fact minus would be more honest. They were appointed to install 2 pumps and connect discharge pipework from 2 sump chambers. Firstly they demanded to be paid in advance, and then when they attended, for some reason there was already a temp pump in one of the chambers, instead of removing it to fit the one they had charged for they left it in and connected the pipe work, when it was switched on we realised it had an electrical fault as was tripping the circuit, also the other pump discharge they connected was leaking in 2 places, it took us weeks to get them to return to replace the faulty pump, when the finally did we realised that pipework was leaking as well, another few weeks elapsed before that was fixed, bearing in mind we'd paid in advance this is outrageous. There was one other run of pipework to connect, we'd been trying to get them to site for weeks for this as well and although it was booked in they just never turned up, this was despite calls, emails, texts & whats app attempts to contact them, in the end I had a call from a new person apologising and promising to call me the next day, a call that never came, I tried continually for another week to call them but was just ignored. They all seem such decent people on the phone, I just dont understand how anyone can operate like this and stay in business, almost all their reviews are telling a similar story.

AVOID! Ordered a waste pump system and high level water alarm with batter back up. Online ordering didn’t work, so had to phone. Told delivery within 1-2 days. No order confirmation was sent, despite repeatedly asking for it, so that I could check the put the order through correctly. No tracking details either. Took 2-3 weeks to receive the pump. 2 months to receive the incorrect water alarm without battery back up and not what is pictured or described on the website. They do not respond to emails, put the phone down. Really unprofessional and frustrating company. Shocking service.

I bought 2 new pumps, they never arrived and they still haven't refunded the money. You just get fobbed of and they never call back. They should rename the business Total Waste Of Time Systems as thats all you do when you try and deal with them. My advice is to steer cleal.

we have bought a septic tank with pump from this supplier within 6 months of installation the flow switch is faulty causing the unit to overflow with waste water. contacted company and after months of trying to get hold of someone got an appointment for there engineer to attend and fix the part. But engineer never arrived and now no correspondence, doesn't answer phone and obviously thinks ignoring us will resolve his problem. We are starting court proceedings today against this company, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR PAY MORE AND PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Eventually had to order from someone else and had to pay extra to have it couriered Ignored my calls and emails. Calls go to a call handling service Impossible to get your money back from My advice avoid at all costs
