I had the water softener installed in October and they did a fantastic job, they also fixed a lot of the issues that had been left by the previous plumber which resulted in the old tap not being able to get changed. Paul and Jason did all of the fixing and allowed me to get the new tap at no extra cost to, Thanks. Excellent service would not hesitate to recommend them, the water Softner is still working nicely let’s hope it last a long time, they also offered excellent advice on which water Softner to purchase.

I would highly recommend Total Soft Water. The first time I used them was when I had a problem with my water softener which had been installed by another company. Total Soft quickly sorted out the problem. I also buy the salt blocks from them. They are always very helpful and efficient.
