I have now been to Total Physio twice. Once with my ankle and once with my knee as I am a netballer and pick up quite a lot of injuries. I had 6 sessions with Ali and he was absolutely fantastic. I actually thought I wasn't going to play netball again and I was back playing within 3 months. As he was so good when I damaged my knee I went back to see him. He diagnosed the problem straight away. He is absolutely brilliant and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Ali

This is a top quality practice. I went with a unique ankle condition that has limited my foot's flexibility from ever since I can remember. Ali had never seen this before but applied fundamental techniques, which worked quite miraculously. 45 mins has given me 70% greater flexibility, allowing me to simply walk better, play more sport and improve general quality of life. I would highly recommend to anyone, best £ I've spent on a physio, by a country mile.
