My 13 year old daughter is petrified to attend here. The way they speak to her is appalling, my daughter has never once even spoken to them out of turn, or shown any discourtesy toward any of them. As someone who works within paediatrics, I find their bullying tactics towards my daughter, abhorrent. If I spoke to one of my patients or parent/carers in this manner I would be disciplined. I have complained to the practice manager twice. Changed dentist. Yet, when Dad took her the other day, the dentist we complained about made sure she was in the same section as my daughter, and had the audacity to get involved! So clearly the practice manager has no standing. I will be taking matters further than the practice manager and making a formal complaint, if that fails the GDC. We will also be asking to be moved.

Lovely practice, receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The dentist my daughter saw when she had her brace fitted made her feel totally at ease, as did the dental nurse. Explained everything thoroughly. Would highly recommend this practice!

Would highly recommend Total, all the staff have been absolutely brilliant over the last 2 years, working under difficult conditions at times due to COVID.
