This is the worst experience I've had with a dentist/orthadontist practice ever. I have tried to get an appointment for months. The phone system keeps me waiting for 20 minutes at a time and then disconnects you. I rang for 60 minutes in one day and never got through. How can an orthadontist be that busy! The staff are unwilling to find ways to help you fit in appointments, simply stating when they are open. It is not a friendly experience and the prices are extortionate. Go somewhere else.

My daughter has just had her retainers fitted today after months of block braces and tracks. Over a year ago her over bite was 12mm, today she has perfect teeth. I cannot thank the team at Uckfield enough- in particular Dr Jiten for his patience when she refused to wear the blocks at the beginning and managing to get her teeth looking so perfect. Great team, very professional, kind and understanding. My daughter always felt at ease when going in for appointments (she had a huge fear of dentists when she was younger) she can now smile with confidence again and has the best teeth in the house. Thank you again for all your hard work!!
