They sent Scott, the worlds fattest, smelliest and unprofessional man in the world. He left a stink, he left a mess and his attitude stunk more than he did. Awful service, awful workers, awful company. Will never forget how bad their service is and everyone should stay away and be warned.

We have been engaging with John since the new year around a new bathroom installation and quite frankly it has been a waste of time. We have been trying to establish what ‘finish’ total bathrooms left which turned out at nothing and took various emails to confirm this. We also have a small bathroom as John saw but yet he wouldn’t respond to our query around having a sink without a cabinet and a regular rectangular bath. We have struggled to get a full price breakdown of how it all fit together and overall the customer service has been absolutely appalling. I highly suspect that because we were a small project that John has little interest in us and when I addressed this his response was incredibly rude and defensive. I would much rather take my money elsewhere and would not recommend for anyone to waste their time.

Awful customer service. Awful work. Awful staff member, particularly Scott. I cannot emphasise how awfully Scott spoke to me. They fitted our full boiler system and when I called this morning for an emergency leaking boiler, he told me to delete his number and that he doesn’t want to do our job. We have 3 children and we have used their services for the setup of our full heating system. I am so disappointed. Please do not use this company. You will only regret it down the line

Job involved replacing whole shower. I think Paul's workmanship was v good. For example, the silicone sealing was smooth and I liked that Paul even put silicone around the electric shower - not sure I would have thought of doing that if I was doing DIY. Paul asked our preferences at different parts of the job rather than just doing what he thought was best. He was also good at offering suggestions when we were unsure. If I have more work needed to be done I would be happy to see if they could do it.
