    Having been recommended Total Flooring by a friend I got in contact and received a visit and quotation from them incredibly quickly. The quote was both reasonable and transparent so I decided to go ahead. Within a week I had my job scheduled in and as promised the team took out my old flooring and fitted the new. The guys worked quickly and cleanly (a necessity in a domestic environment) and the work was carried out to a first class standard. I would highly recommend the team here and will certainly be using them for any future projects I have. A really fast, painless process and a fantastic looking floor to boot!     We were blamed for preparation of floor, despite a site visit (with floor exposed) being undertaken by Total Flooring beforehand. A string of excuses as to why the job couldn’t be completed on time and flooring not even fitted in the end. Alternative supplier had to step in. I was told to not approach Total Flooring about any future business. Appalling customer service.

The work was done with consumate skill and expertise.Of all the work we contracted out it is the job we are most pleased with - not simply because of the finished result, but the professional close attention we recieved throughout to obtain what we wanted.
