Called this morning at 1030 after my son accidentally damaged the HDMI port on his Xbox Series X. 4hrs later, we had a working console back at home and for a very reasonable price considering Microsoft's £280 standard repair fee for out of warranty repairs. Polite, courteous and customer focussed. Can't recommend highly enough and well worth the money for the service!!!! P.s. My son says thankyou. You're a legend.
