This is a good gym with decent facilities. Unfortunately the maintenance of the place is in shambles and the longer this goes on the more equipment is broken and unsafe to use. I have personally injured my back very badly on their back machines due to the stacked weights sticking together therefore adding more weight than u anticipated then it drops off half way through the lift and gives u a jolt that will easily cause a slipped disc. The height setting on the seats are also broken so u cannot set up the machine correctly in the first place. There are 2 back machines and they have both been broken for months. I have a picture of a makeshift barrier which they tied to a fire extinguisher! lol. Even the turn style upon entering is half broken it turns further than it should and does not stick in its default position. I witnessed a very young girl around 3 - 4 bang her head into a prong from this and it could have been a lot worse than it was due to this. If this gym wasn't a premium gym with a £65 a month price tag I most likely would overlook these things or just find another gym but there is no excuse is this case.

There is the massive facility with big swimming pools which is very good. The sauna/steam room has been on and off. When it is working it appears to be very weak. The shower area could do with a deep dive clean. I believe getting on top of the general maintenance/hygiene of this particular area would make a vast improvement to the overall

The sauna it’s always cold the jacuzzi doesn’t work properly as one of the sensors doesn’t work for few months The steam room it’s not even a steam there The bank holiday opening hours it’s a joke Don’t recommend to anyone Pay such a price for thinks what doesn’t work …..
