Absolutely inconsiderate drivers from the Total Concrete company, blocking the pavement because they do not plan their driving and resting times so pulled out in the last minute on the pavement. Refused to leave despite me informing them they are on the private road and informed me that they are allowed to park on the pavement. Company refused to take any actions despite telephone call to them and refused to accept that they are parked on the private road as is not marked as such. Really dissapointing attitude towards private ownership of residents who have to maintain their roads at their own expense. Private or not private, parking heavy truck on a kerb lacks common sence and is unsafe for pedestrians and the disabled people.

I was very impressed with Total Concretes service. Not only were they the cheapest I found, they customer service was spot on. The concrete delivery arrived on the minute and the driver/operator was extremely helpful. He was a credit to the company. I will definately use them again.
