As a 40+ year old with minimal experience in combat sports, I was a little apprehensive about starting at TCA however I needn't have been. The coaching staff are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and all round great guys. The students that go to the classes are friendly and encouraging. I have been going for about 6 months now and I always leave the sessions with new skills and with a smile on my face!! I would recommend this club to anyone, of any age, in fact my 6 year old goes to the kids MMA classes and he loves it!

The gym itself is clean and is kitted out with a huge range of training equipment, bags and strength and conditioning equipment. Top level coaching in a state of the art gym, can’t recommend the place enough!
