Excellent service! Have visited on 3 seperate occasions to purchase uniform for my 4 year old son who started at Queen's Drive this year. Each time I was treated with courtesy and respect, by a very helpful team. Even during the busy period in the summer i didn't have to wait longer than 5 mins. They had most of the items in stock and the items that needed ordering came at the right time and were ready ro collect in store. Not only that, the fit was great! My son is the average size for a normal 4 year old - so we didn't have any issues. Very very happy with the service, will be going back next year!!

Ordered several items of school uniform, 2 items of which were incorrect when received. I had to pay almost £5 in postage (signed for postage recommended) for these 2 items to be returned and exchanged for the correct items. No refund nor apology was offered. I object to paying for Total Clothings mistake however I cannot see any contact details to make a complaint.
