    ** I was told over the phone that the pictures didn't match the colour of the car so went by that by that l. And I would also like to understand where that petrol went, sounds like someone used the car without my consent. You can send me a check for the refund, I believe you have my address. Apparently they gauge the colour form the pictures sent to them rather than using the manufacturer's colour then they told me the colour didn't match the pictures....anyone who understand phone cameras would know that the pictures are enhanced, I would definitely expect a shop that deals with colours all day long to know better. I dropped the car with half a tank of petrol got it back with about 2/3 of that. Not sure what they've done with it and all the settings were changed. My dash cam cables were all over the place. So got my car back with a different colour and had to put everything back inside as it was before. I do not recommend this place.

    Somebody went into the back of my car, within 48 hours my car was collected by jason the driver, taken into the shop and brought back 5 days later, repaired, wash and assured all works is life time guaranteed, overall very happy. would recommend and use them again. thank you guys x Service: Auto maintenance

    I think a sign of a company is how they react to criticism. Total bodyshop repaired my van via my insurance. When it was ready I wasn't happy with the finished works. Many other companies may have argued or tried to dodge responsibility, Total bodyshop dealt with my issues promptly , professionally and supplied the vehicle back to my that day with my issues resolved. Would recommend

    Extremely pleased with the professional, efficient and friendly service provided by Total Bodyshop Repairs Ltd. 3rd party insurance company initially booked the job with this company for me. I had a minor issue with repairs carried but once pointed out they corrected it. I wouldn't hesitate to use and/or recommend TBD again as I was so impressed with the great customer service I received from start to finish.
