    It's very easy to get stuck in a rut, and put off your fitness until "tomorrow" Many of us have this mind set, but I decided to do something about changing it. I needed to find a group of like minded people that wanted to get fit and healthy, you are encouraged to work at your own pace, and in the 1st few months of being with them, I had already lost weight and got stronger, very happy with the results so far, now I just need to get rid of the Xmas weight I put back on. No judgment form anyone including the amazing instructors, give it a go you may just love it!!

    I’ve been a member of the green hoodie team coming up to four years now. What started as a six week trial has ended up in years of life changing experiences that helped me grow mentally, emotionally and physically! The fact I can exercise early morning with so many other like minded people, undeniably sets me up for a good day. Because of my commitment to this fitness program and the consistency of workouts provided by Jon, Emily and Renan, I am a better person. They are incredibly supportive, friendly and genuinely caring when it comes to inspiring you to believe in yourself. I am so grateful to be a part of this community they’ve built, even at 6:00 am, outside in the sunshine, rain, sunrise or snow the gratitude runs deep!!! 💚

    I cannot recommend TBFC enough! Jon, Emily and Renan are all so welcoming, encouraging and supportive, adapting exercises where you need them to. I started after the birth of my 1st child and returned regularly after the birth of my 2nd, continuing until 36 weeks into my 3rd pregnancy. I moved away from Hertford 5 months ago and have continued with an online membership as I enjoy the exercises so much and continue to feel well supported and motivated despite being 2 hours away! The range of exercises and flexibility of sessions make it accessible to all. If you’re unsure whether to commit, I’d definitely say give it a go, what have you got to lose.

    I joined TBFC in June 2022, and have just completed six months! I firstly completed the six week kick start which was very supportive, practical and engaging working on your mindset and motivation as much as the exercises. As a woman of a certain age who hadn’t been active for a while I was worried about keeping up with others and ‘being last’. My worries we’re wiped away with the first session. Everyone is friendly and you always find yourself smiling at something. I love that it is outdoors, short sessions, over by 7am most days, inclusive - in that there is always an alternative, if you can’t do something, and I have enjoyed feeling myself get stronger, more mobile, more confident and yes fitter! Most importantly Jon, Renan and Emily always have a smile of encouragement for you and some interesting music choices.

    I joined TBFC in February 2020 and cannot recommend it enough! I haven’t managed to maintain a regular fitness regime before but now attend sessions 3 or 4 times a week, consistently. I’m fitter than I’ve been since I was a teenager and feel so much better in myself (both physically and mentally). Emily, Jon and Renan are incredibly friendly, supportive and motivating. And they have created a lovely, welcoming and sociable group of people! The sessions are varied and fun. I enjoy the sessions being outside and have made some lovely friends.

    Love love love! Finally a sports group that makes people feel safe. Emily, John and Renan care about form etc. You could attend this group no matter your ability. All the different classes are great. They are there for you outside if you need a motivational pep talk or support for whatever reason too.
