    Woeful - tried (unsuccessfully) to arrange fitting a bathroom light/extractor fan. First visit to arrange for initial visit ‘in a few days’ - 3 weeks later and nothing - complete radio silence. Second visit, they said they ‘lost’ the paperwork (same guy behind reception) but they would definitely get someone to survey/quote early the following week. Another week of radio silence and another visit to the shop (same guy again) - ‘I’ll email the guy to come next week’ - no explanation of what went wrong - at which point I gave up and said don’t bother. Avoid - if they cannot arrange something as simple as a fan, don’t let them loose on a big job.
