I had samples done a while back and the printing is really good. However, the sales department are dreadful. I'm trying to start a merch idea up and would love to use TOT, but sales won't get back to me and I've now given up and am having to waste more time trying to find someone else. AVOID, especially if starting up a business.

AVOID! The worst printed company in the UK. I paid over £800 for 100 Ts, visited the warehouse prior to purchase to see quality of prints. They MESSED UP my prints once already with the logo placement and now again with this big rectangle burnt mark. They refuse to refund me or redo the prints. The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Jody who works there just ignores all my emails and I have proof too. I GOT THESE PRINTED IN DECEMBER AND STILL TRYING TO GET THEN TO FiX THE ISSUE. AVOID AVOID AVOID
