    I popped in to buy my friend a belt for her birthday present in September, I purchased a tory burch one online from a different seller and it didn’t arrive the way I expected it so I thought I’d go in store to buy it. I was served by Adriana who was so so helpful and went above and beyond to help find exactly what I was looking for and patiently answered all my questions and helped me decide what would be the best item to get.     Shopping at the Westfield Shepherd’s Bush Tory Burch branch was the most convenient and delightful experience across all London Tory burch branches, and that is for several reasons including their kind hospitality with a bottle of water whilst I make a decision on what shoe to buy. A special thanks to Natalia , who made the effort of guiding me towards my right shoe size , I mean you are spending quite a budjet on the Items so u better make you are going for the right size so you don’t regret your purchase later on. Natalia offered a quicker alternative to standard shipping when she learned I was about to leave London soon , she managed to request the shoes I wanter from the warehouse , which arrived literally on the same day at the store and she was very kind enough to text & notify me that they had arrived at store to so I can go check them. She was keen in making shopping experience worry-free and I felt welcomed and not pressured to make a purchase I am not convinced of. A special thanks also to Adriana and Leyla Who were also super friendly and made the purchase even more convenient with their kind hospitality , help and delightful approach. I was really pleased from my interactions with Natalia, Adriana and Layla.
