Good cocktails - Rude, unempatheic and dishonest staff. Our visit started off a positive one - we found a nice cosy table and the gentleman serving cocktails was friendly enough. Sadly, an hour or later, our friend was taken ill and was sick. The staff reaction was pretty dire; rather than help or assist, they seemed taken aback that someone in a drinking establishment could possibly become ill.... we actually did the cleaning up ourselves , but while this was happening, our sick friend was verbally abused by one of the staff cleaners (apparently, worse still, he turns out to be a manager) and, on top of it all, another friends designer sunglasses went missing off the same table. This resulted in us threatening to involve the police to which, by a miracle, they suddenly were found - "behind the bar", of course. The bar staff were uncaring, unempathetic, rude, dishonest and and apart from serving some great products, they could definitely take advantage of a Customer Service Level 1 retraining programme.

Everyone visit this bar/restaurant. The very attractive Bartender/ co owner behind the bar followed my extremely specific instruction for my drinks and followed them too a tee. My no espresso, espresso martini was absolutely decident and silky smooth, the bean on top was better then a cherry. He was even kind enough to do my too dogs OJ and Odell some dog cocktails, and they were in drooling in excitement when they arrived along with the heaped serving of jerk wings and dumplings I ordered. But unfortunately Odell stole the dumplings. He was subsequently scolded with 3 minutes of belly rub. But the lovely owner bought me some more dumplings. I’ll most definitely be coming back to Tortugas. Highly recommend and the staff go to the moon and back for you. Also a great location for a date, I’ve bought many a people here for that reason. Is a must visit bar in Worcester.
