Under staffed, long wait. Only ever one person serving during the lunch rush. Staff unfriendly, slow and do not listen correctly to your order/have no regard for customer service and keep you waiting while prioritising delivery orders.

Unless I've just had serious bad luck, every time I've come into this tortilla, there is one poor person behind the counter doing this best, and management sat down on their laptops/chatting/laughing. I work 10 seconds away and always come in at lunch time, 5 times now, which you would imagine is their busiest time/best time to secure regular customers from locals. Food is fine and the counter staff have always been nice but stressed. Place is clean enough. But even two customers waiting in front is a 15 minute process of one person making a buritto. If there's admin that must be done put another staff member on or find a more operational sensible time to complete your admin.

Just wanted a take away burrito. Got to the front of the queue and instead of serving the guy starts making up a Uber eats order. When he finally gets round to serving me they have run out of tomato rice- because they used the last of it on the Uber eats order. Annoying.
