I am disappointed from “doctor” Poonam Gupta!!! According her I am not good mother because I couldn’t placed antibiotic in my child’s eye. This action is not favourite for my child (probably for the most children) and it just did not allow me to do it. Because of this I went to doctor again to ask for changing the treatment. UNFORTUNATELY I met Poonam Gupta at the appointment ! This was my first and last appointment with her. I do not know Gupta and I sow her for the first and last time BECAUSE she put me a label “bad mother” on the first minute. She explained me that she has husband and 3 years old child so she is the perfect mother and she can manage with her child. How can not I manage with mine? Even she asked me several times if I am the mother of my own child. She asked me if I am single? Have I husband? What kind of doctor is this? I did not go there for a coffee/tea time. I went to ask for treatment and support. Not someone to insult to me! According “doctor” Poonam Gupta because I am a single mother I have been bad person. How she knows that? As well “doctor” Poonam Gupta said his colleague doctor Seun Audu (who works at the same medical center) that he has prescribed to my child wrong antibiotic!? “doctor“ Poonam Gupta said they do not use this kind of antibiotic and it is wrong for my child BUT at the same time “the perfect woman and doctor” Poonam Gupta put the same wrong antibiotic on the top of my child dirty’s finger and tried to give it to him by his own finger - to put antibiotic in his eye!? Does she give medications to her child with dirty hands? Because she tried to give antibiotic to my child by his dirty hands!? As well it is not professional doctor Poonam Gupta to talk against her colleague who she work with at the same Medical Center!!! It is NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! This behavior does not bode well for you madam doctor perfect mother and wife Poonam Gupta!!! Has “doctor” Poonam Gupta ever heard about infection control, washing hands before placing antibiotic in the eye? Has “doctor” Poonam Gupta heard about ethic and Law? Has she learnt it in the university? Unbelievable how she has sunk low by promoting herself by demeaning her patients! I am going to complain to the manager of the Torridon Road Medical Practice. Because according Gupta I am not good enough person If I have not husband!? And her colleague doctor Audu is not good enough doctor because he prescribed my child wrong”antibiotic who Gupta does not like!? “doctor Poonam Gupta are you going to answer me what if I like women? Unbelievable! This awful behaviour and DISCRIMINATION!!!

It's changed a lot in the time I've been registered there and not necessarily for the better unfortunately.

They lose paperwork, take forever to answer the phone, mis-book appointments, have incorrect info on the website - just generally disorganised and unhelpful.

It's going from bad to worse. I've never had such a bad doctors surgery. For the 3rd time I'm having to make 3 or 4 phonecalls on a Fri because the doctors haven't sorted out my prescription for medication for mental health. They are willing to let a patient with mental ill health run out over the weekend. One time I had to pay for a private prescription. The service used to be adequate but they must have a high staff turnover because you never see the same person twice these days. The worst thing I have experienced there is being forced into having an over 40s check up, they literally wouldn't write my prescription until I'd had it. I look it up online later that evening and guess what? It's optional. It was an infringement on my rights to force it upon me. Oh, and I found out today, the person involved isn't actually a doctor, she's a physician's assistant. Absolute joke.
