I go toros quite often and every-time I go, I get the same brilliant customer service from the staff especially Divi he was very helpful and respectful would deffo recommend going there and I will continue to go to toros Manchester.

Well done steak was undercooked. Very rude and intimidating manager. We paid full price for 3 steaks which we didn’t eat. Shameful behaviour by manager in front of other customers.

We ordered well done steak, got undercook meat which was pink in Color. When raised with management, manager came who was very rude and intimidating. We asked for the bill and paid full and left. Will never return and will spread the word. See photo , food was pink and full of fat. Family of 4 so wasted lot of money.
