We offer exchange services for over 60 currencies including major currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and CAD as well as exotic currencies.What is your policy for exchanging damaged or counterfeit currency?
We do not accept damaged or counterfeit currency for exchange as it is illegal to do so. Any suspicious notes will be handed over to the authorities.What is your exchange rate and how often does it change?
Our exchange rates are highly competitive and are updated in real-time based on market fluctuations. We do not have a fixed exchange rate as it constantly changes throughout the day.What are your fees for exchanging currency?
We do not charge any fees for currency exchange services. However, we may apply a margin to the exchange rate which will be clearly indicated before the transaction.What forms of payment do you accept?

The experience didn't start well as the agent called me with half of an hour delay explaining that they were experiencing technical problem with the generation of the contracts; I should have left the process at that point. Since I needed to transfer the money I kept traying but I split the amount with another agency and I initiate two transactions with the two companies, first with the other company and then with TorFx and I get a better deal (0.3%) with the first company; when I politely pointed out the agent explained that the market had improved immediately after my transition whilst in reality I had already in my inbox the better deal secured so his explication wasn't honest. At that point I was even more sceptic. The agent explained me that I should have received in minutes the contract containing the details for my transfer. I didn't receive the communication and at midnight I sent an email requesting information. In the morning I received an email explaining that they were still experiencing problem with the contract and they sent me the contract "manually". At that point I lost all my faith but I have been told that I was supposed to pay a penalty (0.9%) to cancel the order. I have decide to go with the other company that in the second transaction gave me a 0.4% better deal, I have lost 0.2% but at least I have my money. On top of this, the company informed my that next time I would have need to pay in advance before they would accept any more transactions.
