Very professional and quick. The only issue I had was the mistake on the website. The website says 1700kg of waste removal will take 1.5 hours and cost £250. I was told it also depends on volume. My waste was easily less than 1.5 tonnes and only filled half the truck, but cost over £400. This is what I would expect to pay anyway, but I chose the company because of the very low prices advertised on the website.

They went to the wrong address which I can accept. Upon arrival the cost for collection went from £70 to £140. The items were as described on the phone. 1 x 2 door wardrobe and 1 x chest of bedroom drawers. So frustrating, told them to take the money or leave, so they left. Hired a Zip Van and my local British Heart Foundation now has the furniture.
