TopSource are very slow to respond to my requests by email. If I follow up with a phone call, they tend to ask me questions that I have answered a dozen times before and it usually results in "I'll check and call you back”. I made the switch to another accountant 6 weeks ago, purely because of the slowness to respond, but they've been quite slow to get the handover information to them despite being chased many, times by my new accountant. The payroll service itself is satisfactory, but they need to respond much quicker to queries and requests.
