Ordered an extra large pizza, two popcorn chicken, one chicken dippers, one cheesecake. 30minutes passed and they called me to inform me they didn't have the two popcorn chicken (an entire meal for someone in my household) but they had the rest of the food already made and ready. They told me they had made the rest of the food and that they would replace the popcorn with something else. I said no cancel the order seven times and they wouldn't accept it. They were extremely rude and I explained that is their fault for not checking they could fulfil the order, their fault for making the other food first, and if they cannot fulfil the order then I wanted the order cancelled. Who do they think they are to try and force me to pay for something I didn't order, then throw their toys out of the pray when I say no? They wouldn't take no for an answer despite being the ones in the wrong, were extremely rude to me, and said I was banned from placing future orders. Wow

The place has gone right down hill since it was put up for sale. They obviously don't care anymore. Very sad as this was once a fantastic pizza takeaway which we have enjoyed ordering from regularly for years. The staff were brilliant, pizzas always delivered quick and roasting hot! The last few times have been the opposite. Late delivery, just warm food, and pizzas just not up to the old standard. Such a shame. Sadly, we have now been ordering from Domino's to guarantee a decent pizza.

I just had the freshest pizza I have had all year. This place is small but quite spectacular. I never usually eat the crust, but I just couldn't stop myself this time. The owner is the super nice, and the staff feel like a family. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Also shout out to Alex the delivery guy!
