This is a very clean pizza shop and very friendly staff. First time I collected 5x their "Super Size Pizzas" for daughter's Birthday party. Pizzas were delicious and everyone loved them. Since then I am their regular customer.

Disgusting service! Ordered from here tonight, my meal turns up all fine until I took a bite and had to spit my food out to find a hair! Rung the branch really reasonably and explained the situation to “the manager”. He replied “well I will send more” I politely declined and said no thank you we have hardly ate any of the food now I would just like money back. In which the very defensive manager tried to say he doesn’t understand why it’s in there and they don’t offer refunds. So WARNING if you get a hair in your food don’t except YOUR money back!

We sent pictures of the hair to the manager via text message as proof to only be met with complete unprofessionalism and rudeness. They don’t offer refunds so if you get a hair in your food don’t expect anything in return. Sounds like this isn’t the first time as it came to no shock when we complained.
