We are an emergency booker and we can say that the nursery is very flexible and accommodating to us. I also get notifications about my baby’s (10 months old) activities and milestones every session so we won’t miss out. The nursery is also located inside the hospital where we work and near the parking area so it is very convenient. Thanks, Megan and the team for being patient with our baby who was at the time had stranger anxiety.

My daughter has been here for the last 2 months and I can’t praise the entire team enough. The administration team are always prompt and helpful, the manager (Simon) is always friendly, responsive and promptly answers any queries I have, and the girls have been fantastic which has really put my mind at ease about leaving her whilst I go back to work. Being a lockdown baby she’s not had much exposure to the outside world but thanks to the team she’s settled in lovely, and I can see from the daily updated diary that she has a varied day of activities and is really enjoying her experience at Tops Winchester.

My daughter absolutely loves Tops and so do I. She's been attending since she was 8 months old and now she's almost 3. We had the pleasure to spend time with most of the staff and they have all been wonderful. She loves going to nursery and especially enjoys forest school. Her development has been amazing, I cannot recommend Tops Winchester enough. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!

I was recommended by a family member and a few friends a year and a half ago, ever since Noah has been there the whole team that looks after him are so kind and encouraging. At first Noah was shy because it was something new for him and within the first week of him being there it’s like he was a whole new person, his personality came out, his speech and understanding of different things in the world came along amazingly! The staff are very polite and listen very well, any problems they always sorted it out quickly, I am so grateful for the staff at Tops for everything they do for Noah, he will definitely miss you all when he moves up to primary school! Thank you Tops Day Nurseries!

Tops day nursery is amazing with my little girl, she went to live with my mum for a year due to personal circumstances and came back to us in the middle of lock down. It was hard trying to keep her entertained until we got a place at tops, they were great with her, we couldn’t go in for an induction with her like normal we had to just drop her there for 2 hours alone and I was beside my self. The nursery staff made me and Tilly feel so comfortable with this abnormal transition and she absolutely loved it. We haven’t looked back she attends 4 mornings a week and loves going she tells me when she gets home what she’s been doing and is always smiling when talk about it.
