absolutely horrendous service. paid up front, £20 a head, then £7 for 2 diet cokes. buffet food looked like it had been out for hours, and when we spoke to a manager regarding battered prawns still having the shell under the batter and only finding out when my partner bit into the prawn, we were greeted with the managers incredibly rude and patronising manner telling us that that was how they should be cooked. we left feeling belittled, and disgusted. definitely not returning

So thought we would try something different seemed to have good reviews was looking forward to the extensive range of food to offer. First of all you pay when you walk in sit down not explained where anything is or how it works, someone came to take our drink order so we gave them that then got up to help ourself. Every cosh was open leaving the food to go dry there was a good range but everything hard and dry. Anyway got back to the table to stick in and whilst chewing on a rib a waiter came and asked us to pay for the drinks which I thought was very strange, my partner said could you just wait as our hands were stuck up mid eating, the waiter replied no so reluctantly I tried to pay. As he walked off and I'm putting my purse away a waitress came to try take my plate, that I obviously wasn't done with. The place is a joke the staff let it down mainly. The price is reasonable hence the 3 stars and food is nice if you get it fresh the place isn't the cleanest even tho there was staff everywhere looking to be cleaning but really not just annoying customers. 😑
