Initially I got a little confused with the vast range, so Nimi helped to pick design and couloir scheme after listening to what I was looking for. And after that Thauseef made sure I got all the materials as I needed them to complete the bathroom . Thank you again for the great service

I dealt with Sanj, Nin and Tilly in the West Bromwich store. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and able to provide the right range of products to suit my requirements perfectly. Some of the items were not available but they ordered them and chased the suppliers to get them for me quicker which was really appreciated. I made a error and messed up the qty of tiles i needed, but a quick call to "A Team" at West Bromwich Topps Tiles and Tilly managed to find me the right qty of tiles from the same batch at another store, all i had to do was turn up and collect - result! Made the whole product selection, ordering, collection process so easy that the meant the job didn't feel overwhelming. On top of all this amazing customer service Nin and Sanj also price matched and discounted a lot on my order which meant that it was very competitively priced and I didn't need to go and shop elsewhere for everything i needed. I don't normally write reviews but felt I need to feedback to the team on an amazing shopping experience. These people are a invaluable asset to you business, without them I probably would of shopped else where.

Very disappointing customer service. I purchased £550 worth of tiles from Topps Tiles for my bathroom in grey and white. They were on offer at time of purchase and I needed to return two packs of white and replace them for two packs of grey as I’d got my calculations slightly wrong. This was just two days after I purchased them. I was told they would not do a straight exchange because the tile was no longer on offer and I would have to pay an extra £50. When I suggested this wasn’t good customer service I was told in no uncertain terms it was tough! Thankfully Cannock Topps Tiles were happy to make the exchange at no extra cost. My advice steer clear of the West Bromwich branch. The gentleman I spoke to was both rude and unhelpful.
