Two weeks ago I porches Rubi dry diamond drill bit. I only drill 6 6mm holes in porcelain tile and bit get damaged. When I went to Topps tiles shop asking for replacement of bit I was informed the DON'T PROVIDE WITH ENY WARRANTY. THE BIT WAS USE.I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND I WILL RETURN ALL MY PRODUCT I PORCHES THERE BEFORE. STAY AWAY FROM TOPPS TILES THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ARE NON!!!!!!!!!!!
