I bought some mosaic tiles by the sheet. The tiles came in boxes of sheets. We didn’t use all the sheets so I went to return the sheets. However, the guy at topps said they could only accept full boxes of sheets even though I bought the tiles by the sheet and not by the box and all of my sheets were still wrapped in plastic so were definitely sellable. Quite disappointed on the returns policy and the tiles themselves were very expense. Wish I had gone to a different provider.
