    This store is useless . (Harlow retail park) Staff stated today that I could not purchase x3 tubs of green star , had to do click & collect . I stated the day before I was in and bought 5 tubs And the guy said from Monday it was click & collect but I was in on Wednesday and purchased the 5 tubs just Wednesday. So just drove down to Enfiled branch and purchased at the counter what I needed . Tops Tiles your so overly busy that you can’t sell at the counter ! Places like this don’t deserve people’s business . Take a look at your business structure MR CEO !

    I have been served by a sale assistant called Bill this afternoon. I wanted to refund an item bought from Bow branch. I had a copy of the receipt with me. Unfortunately the receipt was reprinted by Bow branch there was no barcode to scan it. I was told that they couldn’t refund. I told that it wasn’t fair as I have the receipt. They told me that they can’t do anything apart from going to Bow branch. The staff was extremely rude and told me to leave the store. He told me that he is refusing to serve me. I requested to see the manager. Then everything was sorted. Bad experience! Bad attitude!!

    Clean and bright, airy and quiet. Sell all the usual tiles and accessories. Noticed they stock the new trend, which is wall and floor tiles that look as if they have had some but not all the old paint roughly sanded off - very industrial chic. Apparently sale items remain for about 3 months, then it is the turn for another range to go on sale. They are not limited stock. Manager's specials are a local promotion to clear a shelf in that particular store, although you can still order in extra tiles to match.
