Excellent customer service. I purchased £550 worth of tiles from Topps Tiles for my bathroom in grey and white. They were on offer at time of purchase and I needed to return two packs of white and replace them for two packs of grey as I’d got my calculations slightly wrong. This was just two days after I purchased them. I contacted West Bromwich Topps tiles who refused to do a straight exchange because the tile was no longer on offer and they told me I would have to pay an extra £50. When I suggested this wasn’t good customer service I was told in no uncertain terms it was tough! Thankfully Tom the Assistant Manager at Cannock Topps Tiles was happy to make the exchange at no extra cost. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Pleasant members of staff, parking is fine. Just pull up to the side shutter to fetch stuff from the store you have ordered. Online order was easy enough, and were very helpful when I had to ring up to order more as I had mistakenly not ordered enough and they held onto the stock I had already ordered so saved two trips. Thanks again.
