The staff were very helpful and gave us everything we needed to make a decision. Then...we changed our mind and were a bit embarrassed to say we wanted the other colour, even though the tiles had already been delivered to the warehouse. Topps Tiles were really good about it and sorted everything. They even called five minutes before the delivery arrived to say it was on its way.

I can't recommend Topps Tiles highly enough. Despite arriving half an hour before closing on a Sunday (due to necessity I hasten to add, not choice!), Sharon at the Bedminster Topps Superstore was an absolute star and a joy to talk to. Sharon figured out the amount of floor border tiles I needed and placed the order whilst I browsed for bathroom wall tiles. I never felt rushed, and honestly, Sharon couldn't have been more helpful. She followed up with calls to advise me of the expected delivery time, and happily added an extra corner tile when I realised I needed one – absolutely stellar service. I'll be back soon!

We ordered wall tiles for our kitchen then changed our mind the next day. The staff at Topps Tiles were really good about it. Said it was no problem. If we wanted to come by and order different tiles, they were happy to offset the cost. We returned and ordered different tiles that day. Really happy with the new tiles we received. We also ordered a large amount of tiles for our bathroom refit. They made sure that they came from one batch and they arrived in store when they said they would. Couldn't be happier. Well done team!
