We’ve been fighting for a reliable bus service since Sept to get our children to school on time as the old service couldn’t manage this and parents had to keep stepping in as taxis. It’s been very stressful especially during mock exams. We’ve been allocated Topmarks since last week and now we have a lovely helpful driver who gets them to school on time. Fab!Long may it last ..

Worst bus company i’ve ever experienced. I raised a complaint regarding the school run they do and, weeks later, i got a very poor response saying i was in the wrong! no apology, my name spelled wrong, no interest in improving the service. Very poor.

What a quality company to deal with. From start to finish Mark, Rachel and there team are amazing. The driver (Mark) was very professional but also a top top guy. Very competitive on price also and the coach was also very luxury! Would Highly recommend and will most defiantly be reusing the company!!

I have been speaking to Mark & Rachel from TopMarks Coaches about some transport for our community band, who are hoping to do some concerts with our twin town in Germany later this summer (Covid permitting) What a refreshing change to speak to people who obviously care about 'proper' customer service. We will definitely be using their services, can't recommend them highly enough.
