Cracking company to deal with. Having ordered in-store, the staff are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. Nothing is too much trouble. The delivery drivers are really good too. Polite, well mannered and once again nothing is too much trouble, even if a few things can cause a little trouble, they will go out of their way to help and solve it. Cannot fault the staff. After being let down by an online company I needed to sort a new gas hob quickly. Toplex were fantastic, from first call for advice through to ongoing order communication & support they were always willing to help and be flexible. Due to me messing them around with dates they even put on a special delivery for me to get the hob delivered in time for the gas fitter to install. Absolutely first rate all round, lovely friendly people to deal with and obviously take care of their customers. Highly recommended
