  Great experience... Staff were super helpful and friendly...nice to see the place full and buzzing. Food was okay, Hotdog was just a saveloy and poorly prepared. Burgers were reportedly nice though. That aside, we all had a laugh...which did the trick.

  I've always had a mediocre experience at top golf however Di (member of staff) completely changed that. The best staff member that works there hands down. Polite, friendly and super keen to do a great job. Well done Di, and thanks again. YOU'RE THE BEST

  Dealt with Tyler mulligan who was excellent and very friendly and welcoming with me , wish all staff member shared a friendly welcoming attitude so was Denis also who was knew brilliant chaps I only wish that the short security guard who was walking up and down didn’t suffer from short man syndrome as he felt he had to prove himself kept approaching us and telling us you can’t step over a line under his baby voice with serious and joking expression ?! (Can’t even look me in eye) 2 mins lator calls back up and get us removed ?! Take his job way to seriously pple come to have fun no1 cares about the red line as many were pple was stepping over it , if he carries on with that attitude som1 gonna give it to him with the golf club , even his own colleagues said he is a plonker ,

  First visit. Busy upon entering, lady who greeted and assisted us was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the game as a family. I was annoyed with the group of boys next to us and their foul language which was not acceptable esp. In front of our young children. Staff need to monitor behaviour. Received a survey which offers a free game but the link does not work. Have emailed but no response

  After enduring a nearly four-hour wait, my friends and I finally arrived at Top Golf. Unfortunately, we were given the last bay tucked away in the corner. Hoping for a better view and a more central location, I approached the Safety manager and a lady named Kirsty, who was holding an iPad. I politely asked if it would be possible to move to one of the many vacant bays towards the center, as this request had been accommodated during my previous visits. To my disappointment, both Kirsty and the manager responded in an impolite and dismissive manner when I made the inquiry. After pleading they said we can either use this bay or leave. Which is ridiculous and not welcoming Interestingly, just moments later, another group expressed the same concern, and surprisingly, their request was promptly granted. The only noticeable difference was that I, being an ethnic minority, stood before them, while they were white males. It is disheartening and completely unacceptable that in this day and age, we still witness such discriminatory treatment. I deeply regret that I have no intention of returning to an establishment that supports and condones racist practices.

  Sitting here now having watched my 2 year old niece be dragged crying away from her brother at his birthday party to a booth on the others side of the range; and being made to move myself with my 2 year old nephew away from his siblings after the manager said babies count as grown adults in their 6 person per booth policy. Shout out to the lovely couple who let us sit at their table in the next booth so my nephew didn't have a meltdown. Absolutely nonsensical policy Top Golf, with your staff saying they will get in trouble if they allowed the babies to stay in the booth with their siblings. Having seen to their separation the manager than stood behind our party watching us like we were criminals. Ruined what should be a happy family event. Well done Top Golf, you'll never see us or our money again. Disgusting!
