    Having had the car previously ceramic coated by Topaz London, we decided to treat the car to a regular wash plan. We completed our third wash today but, even though we were terribly late due to traffic, we were still looked after from the moment we arrived by GT, who is such a nice friendly and professional guy. But the cherry on the cake was that, to our amazement, the Topaz team had decided to buff out a nasty scratch/scrape after an altercation with an unfriendly metal post some weeks back which has caused all sorts of delays to further work we were planning with Topaz. We just wanted to say thank you once again as this goes above and beyond and the team were simply not happy to see the front bumper in a sorry state when the rest of the car was spotless. With a team ethic and the excellent customer service levels being offered by Topaz in London NW10, you won't go far wrong than taking your pride and joy to be worked on by these guys.     Took my vehicle for level 2 and ceramic coating, first impression very good. They promised to complete certain areas of the vehicle, which did not happen. Liked there products and decided to order some, not the best service, parts missing from order, two arrived but still waiting for others to arrive. So disappointing, it seems that once you paid your monies you are forgotten about. Would I recommend 'YES' would I use again. on my two experiences 'NO' Very sad as I wanted to get my wife car detailed.

    Nothing but sheer class as usual. First used in 2015 on my M4 Vert and E Class, and when it came to selling my Hyundai- excellent service yet again, even though not a normal car for a place of this prestige. Bottom line, if you want a job done properly, you go to Topaz guys, even if it means an hour trip each way. Gautham was awesome in terms of advice, choice and expectation setting - a true credit to Nabil and the gang, the results were way beyond my expectations. Will of course use again.
