I had a frustrating experience booking this company online. Filled a form for a window cleaning, then received a call back from a company called Fantastic Services to confirm the booking. A very hurried rep tried to sell me a membership, which apparently was the condition for getting any booking slot. The membership offer came with discounts & benefits, but I was not interested in as my job was a one-off. I gave up on the whole exercise, ending up just wasting time. Those guys should make clear that they are affiliated to Fantastic Services and that membership is a precondition. I may try booking over the phone to see if I can get to the company directly - as they seemed to offer the service I wanted. But there are plenty of other similar businesses in London.

Within minutes of me leaving the review explaining these, I had received a sincere apology, a phone call, and was offered a 50% refund and £20 the next service.
