I am extremely disappointed to say that i have been using their service since the day i moved to Castle Vale which has now been 13 years. I have always been a valued customer and pay my way. Unfortunately due to the man that took my call at the rank has made me decide to not use their service again. The man in question customer service was out of this world, he didn't know anything about good customer service and told me if I didn't like their service then use another taxi rank. The reason being? I phoned a taxi from my home address for my son who was meeting me at the other and I was going to pay once they taxi driver drove him there. My son is 15 years old, driver refused to drop him because he was a young lad, I spoke to the driver myself and explained who I was. Yet the driver still refused, bare in mind I have been using their service for 13 years and have previously done this on numerous occasions (this is not a first). So the driver tells my son to get out the car, my son does as his told and awaits my call as at this point I am phoning the their base. The guy that is taking all calls is telling me that he doesn't care and I must phone someone else. I ask for a manager, he's the manager, I ask for the owner, he lies and says the owner is not there. During that call I hear him talking to someone, I ask who! He says the owner. So he lied to me when I asked to speak to the owner. Thanks to the owner he orders me another taxi for my son. Since then I have gone and used another firm, never in my life have I experienced bad customer service from a firm who was refusing and didn't listen to the customer.
