Top Notch huh? Don't use this bunch of cowboys as they won't accept responsibility for their own errors. I had a new rear tyre put on the rear of our Transit twin wheeler. By the time I'd got back to the office the tyre was off the rim. I took it to our mechanic who took it to the tyre shop he uses and they found out the tyre had been pinched during fitting taking a chunk out of the inside bead meaning the tyre would never hold air. When I took it back to them to complain they flatly refused to replace or refund my money and refused to accept they'd made a mistake during fitting. I judge a company not by how they act when it goes right but how they act when it goes wrong. Failing to own an error means they will never see any of my company vehicles and I will ensure to let everyone know not to use them in future.
