Id just like to say what a great company this is , and a massive thank you for Carlos , who sorted my problem out , my reason for leaving this review is like this , my Dad had a problem with his car parked on his drive but it wasn't a emergency , i had contacted several auto lock smiths in the area , and waited for a reply from any one who could help me out , the only guy that messaged me was Carlos , not only did he keep me informed through out the day to let me know when he will arrive , he turned up at the time he said he would , even tho he had other jobs booked in , my problem was the car wouldn't crank over , Carlos not only diagnosed the problem , he was able to get the car started , cut a spare key and calibrate it to work with my ignition switch , he also replaced a new chip in my old key fob as it was giving off a week signal , he was very polite well mannered and very respectful through out his time he was at my Dads , if ever i have a problem like this again Carlos and his company would be the first person id phone , Massive thanks Carlos .
