DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS. I dropped off an indian item of clothing 'saree' for dry cleaning to Mr Qaisar Mehmood Dar, who has owned this Dry Cleaners for many years. I opened the item and showed him exactly where the stain was. Upon collection, his colleague told me they had dry cleaned it but there was a rip in the clothing. Which he told Mr Qaisar however he was advised to continue dry cleaning the product. The tear was right in the middle and caused by the carelessness. When questioned they said to leave a number and Mr Qaisar would call back. Mr Qaisar advised me this was not his fault but he would take it through his insurance, because he is covered. Months have passed and nothing was done. We visited the shop and the staff were aggressive, rude and told us to leave. They offered nothing to compensate the fact we had been back and forth to obtain the details they required and also blamed us. He completely diverted on what he had agreed to pay us for the damages and said instead we were frauds and fakes. He was intimating towards me a young woman and aggressive to my family. Every time we called the Dry Cleaners the staff said he wasn't there, however on surprise visits, he was always around and just choose to ignore all texts and communications. All we wanted was a fair compensation for the damage caused by the Dry Cleaners, rather than the months of abuse. I have also video footage of the aggression. Therefore DO NOT USE, they will damage your items of clothing and take no responsbilities. Service: Organic dry cleaning

I gave in two things to be altered, only one was altered. When I went back to tell them the other item had not been done, they didn’t believe me even though it was genuine, and therefore implied I was lying. Awful customer service, need to learn basic skills like not calling your customer a liar. When they actually did the work, there was no acknowledgement of their mistake, no apology for making me coming in again. Terrible manners. The job was not done well, the hemming of the trousers came undone throughout the evening. I haven’t bothered going back as I don’t want to be accused of being a liar and it’s not worth the time or effort. All in all an expensive waste of time and awful manners and customer service received. Service: Clothing alterations & repairs
