We ordered 2 bedside cabinets from the painted furniture range. Customer service was good and when products originally arrived we were impressed with the quality. However after a few months cracks started to appear across the set. We were then told to check terms and conditions which indicates cracks may appear due to expansion? After paying £300 for 2 bed side cabinets for them to then be ruined after 3 months is a shame.

Order service fine except wrongly advised on delivery, Diane however on follow up was atrocious, terrible attitude, entitled, rude, not a customer service person that is for sure, don't you just love it when you are asking a question and rather than listening the person talks over you constantly even when you point out they are doing it. Not best pleased.
