I used top embroidery to source branded t-shirts for my company's annual conference. Rebecca, who was my contact within the company was extremely helpful throughout. She was very quick to respond to all of my emails and was able to create quotes very efficiently. Once we decided on a top the the artwork was sent over to me, I approved it and then the tops were was sent to my office the next day so production is very fast! Unfortunately there was a problem with our logo, however it was completely my fault for approving the artwork. Once I notified them of this they said they would re-do the tops FREE OF CHARGE! I am over the moon and very impressed with the level of customer service Top Embroidery have given me and I would definitely reccommend and use them again!
