one of the workers rudely came up to me lecturing me about how and when to walk my dog in a heatwave when i was clearly aware of what i was doing and the risks. I do not appreciate the fact that one of your workers screamed at me publicly across the road for something that was not there business and was definitely not a risk to my dog it was very unprofessional and i am disgusted with your company and your actions

I would carefully consider beore using this company for dog walking services. I have observed their dog walker on two occasions give the dogs no more than 10 minutes walk before putting them back into the van and they charge £10 for an hours' walk. This is not only dishonest but quite unfair on the dogs who are not being exercised properly. Also seen one or two of the dogs being manhandled roughly and yet they claim to be dog trainers but seem unable to control young dogs who are lively. Have passed this information to one of the owners who claims to know nothing about it and has said she will look into it. I would not use this company.
