Outstanding gym, I wish I’d joined years ago. Tony and Emma are really friendly and getting started couldn’t be easier. Everything is geared to suit your own fitness level so no need to worry about ‘trying to keep up’. Small classes and friendly atmosphere. I will be recommending to friends and family. 🙂💪🏻🥇

This review is written by someone who did not enjoy exercise and certainly did not enjoy a gym environment. I still don't know if I like exercise to be fair...but that's another matter. I'm a bigger girl with a BMI that makes doctors look at you sideways and say things like "Erm...your BMI makes you eligible for weight management resources..." 🤣 I've been working with Tony and Emma for 3 months now and honestly, training with them and the rest of the crew has been one the best things I've ever done for myself. The small group PT is absolutely amazing - there's a real sense of camaraderie and encouragement. Everyone is soooo nice! It's that perfect hybrid for me between 1-1 personal training and the hustle and bustle of a normal gym so it's not overwhelming. You won't meet trainers who are more empathetic and caring than Tony and Em. Please, note that they will still work you hard in the gym though 🤣 In addition to your small group personal training, you can join boxing classes and open gym sessions and team circuit type sessions that will make you cry for the full half an hour. It's all good crying though, you feel like a superhero after your sessions. My superhero of choice is Wonder Woman...yours might be The Hulk 🤣 Out of the gym, Tony has loads of resources to help with healthy-habit forming and nutrition as well. All resources are informative, judgement free and tailored to the goals I have which is to get sugar daddy ready. I'm joking...I have to pay my own bills. Overall, if you're thinking about starting or asking more questions...I'd recommend you just reach out and get started. You won't regret it 😉 it was the best impulsive decision I've ever made and now I'm one of those badasses that lifts weights 🤣
